Job Summary
Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style to empower caregivers with tools for their child's development. Deliver therapy in natural environments such as homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, and libraries. Use electronic documentation for each visit and complete weekly scheduled visits. This role supports the Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware, offering flexibility with part-time or per diem schedules. Compensation reaches up to $80 per visit based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care
