Job Summary
Occupational Therapist to provide home health OT visits in Downtown Honolulu. Perform thorough evaluations of patients’ functional status, develop individualized intervention plans, assess home environments for hazards, identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations, collaborate with nursing on multidisciplinary care plans, educate patients and families on rehabilitative care, and document observations and interventions using a state-of-the-art tablet. Full-time role in a home-health setting with travel within the assigned territory; Hawaii licensure required and graduation from an accredited OT curriculum.
Required Qualifications
- Be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Hawaii
- Must be willing to travel in assigned territory
- Have graduated from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the AMA and the AOTA, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
