Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic tests for mobility, range of motion, transfer status, and balance, then develop and implement individualized care plans including manual therapeutic exercises and gait training. Perform integumentary protective interventions to prevent and repair wounds using evidence-based dressings while continually assessing and revising the OT care plan. Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living, and accurately document all observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet. Work flexible M-F shifts with weekly pay in the Tri City area, Prescott, Arizona.
Required Qualifications
- A current Occupational Therapist - OT license in Arizona
- Must be willing to travel in assigned territory
- Have graduated from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Desired Qualifications
- Solid computer skills
- prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
