Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed for virtual/remote service delivery to adult clients in Ontario. Independent contractor role offering part-time or full-time opportunities with compensation based on volume. Responsibilities include conducting virtual OT assessments with interviews and standardized tools, developing and implementing evidence-based intervention plans with clients and caregivers, assigning/supervising OT assistants as appropriate, and maintaining accurate documentation (assessment findings, care plans, progress and discharge summaries) aligned with referral sources and COTO standards. Must be registered in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO); MS Office and clinical software proficiency required. 1–2 years experience is an asset, but new graduates are welcome. Remote work option available; location-based entry in Durham, Ontario, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Occupational Therapist in Ontario
- Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and proprietary clinical software
- 1 - 2 years experience is an asset, but new graduates are welcome
