Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments evaluating functional status, activities of daily living, and fine motor coordination while performing home evaluations for adaptive equipment. Evaluate occupational therapy needs based on medical conditions and consult with physicians to develop therapy plans of care. Provide services within state laws using evidence-based techniques, observing and reporting patient responses and condition changes to the nurse supervisor. Maintain current Occupational Therapy licensure, a driver's license, and vehicle insurance, with preferred CPR certification. Earn $80,220–$120,330 annually based on full-time employment (40 weekly hours) and productivity targets.
