Occupational Therapist

Conduct patient assessments evaluating functional status, activities of daily living, and adaptive equipment needs in home settings. Evaluate occupational therapy requirements based on medical conditions and coordinate with physicians to develop therapy plans of care. Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and condition changes to the nurse supervisor. Provide services within state laws using evidence-based techniques while maintaining independence across diverse client demographics. Requires current Occupational Therapy licensure, a dependable vehicle, and CPR certification.
