Job Summary
Assess patient functional status, activities of daily living, and fine motor coordination while conducting home assessments for adaptive equipment. Evaluate occupational therapy needs based on medical conditions and coordinate with physicians to develop therapy plans of care. Document patient responses to treatment and changes in condition for CMS reporting, applying diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests. Provide services within state laws and evidence-based techniques, functioning in any home situation regardless of client demographics. Requires current Occupational Therapy licensure, a dependable vehicle, and CPR certification. Full-time employment offers a total cash target pay range of $80,220 to $120,330.
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Access to a dependable vehicle
