Occupational Therapist

Conduct patient assessments evaluating functional status and occupational therapy needs, including home assessments and adaptive equipment recommendations. Evaluate body systems for CMS documentation and consult with physicians to develop therapy plans of care. Observe and report patient responses to treatment and condition changes to the nurse supervisor and physician. Provide services within state laws, using evidence-based techniques in coordination with the health care team. Manage visits in diverse home situations while adhering to productivity targets and per-visit point compensation structures.
