Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment. Conduct patient assessments evaluating the level of function by applying diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests. Observe, record, and report to the nurse supervisor and physician the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition. Consult with the physician in the development of the therapy plan of care. Provide service within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, using evidence-based techniques in coordination with the health care team. Full-time employment (40 weekly hours) with an annual total cash target pay of $84,442 - $126,664. Requires current Occupational Therapy licensure and a dependable vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance
