Occupational Therapist

Conduct patient assessments evaluating functional status, activities of daily living, and fine motor coordination while performing home assessments and adaptive equipment evaluations. Coordinate with physicians and nurse supervisors to develop therapy plans of care, document CMS requirements, and report patient responses to treatment and condition changes. Provide services within state laws and the plan of care using evidence-based techniques across diverse home situations. Requires current Occupational Therapy licensure, a dependable vehicle, and CPR certification. Part-time or PRN schedule with hourly and per-visit point compensation.
