Occupational Therapist

Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, and home assessments. Conduct diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests while observing and reporting patient responses to treatment and condition changes to the nurse supervisor and physician. Develop therapy plans of care in coordination with physicians and other healthcare team members. Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, using evidence-based techniques regardless of the client's age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition. Requires current Occupational Therapy licensure, a valid driver's license with dependable vehicle access, and ability to function independently in any home situation.
