Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist at Uintah Basin Medical Center will be responsible for performing Occupational Therapy assessments and implementing appropriate care plans. The role requires employing treatment interventions consistent with evidence-based practice guidelines, coordinating with other therapeutic professionals, and maintaining a high level of productivity. Additionally, the therapist will document and bill according to recognized practice guidelines and develop a rapport with the UBH medical staff.
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy degree
- State of Utah licensure
- Current BCLS and CPR certifications
- Effective communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
