Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services in school settings to help students develop fine motor, sensory, and functional skills aligned with IEP goals. Conduct evaluations of students’ abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver services in-person and via teletherapy. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and multidisciplinary teams; support participation in classroom activities and routines; monitor progress and adjust interventions; maintain accurate documentation; participate in ARD/IEP meetings and provide recommendations. Work in Austin and San Antonio areas with flexible opportunities including part-time and hybrid schedules, in-person and teletherapy options based on district needs. Requires Master’s in OT and active Texas OT license; experience with pediatric/school-based populations is a plus; strong communication/organizational skills. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Active Texas Occupational Therapy license
- Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations is a plus
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
