Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, and adaptive equipment using evidence-based techniques. Conduct patient assessments evaluating the level of function by applying diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests. Consult with the physician to develop the therapy plan of care and observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and condition changes. Provide services within the scope of practice in accordance with state laws and the plan of care, coordinating with the nurse supervisor and health care team. Requires current Occupational Therapy licensure, CPR certification, and a dependable vehicle. Full-time employment at $80,220–$120,330 annual total cash target pay.
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment
