Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide evaluations of functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver hands-on therapy per physician orders and facility protocols. Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records. Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued care and safety. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Work 8-hour day shifts, 35 hours per week, with guaranteed hours and no float requirement. Benefits begin on day one, including weekly pay, full medical, 401(k) matching, and 100% paid housing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Washington Occupational Therapist license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Clinical documentation skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or comfort working in skilled nursing / long-term care settings
- Prior experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a skilled nursing environment
- Experience with patient and caregiver education for safe home and facility transitions
