Job Summary
Travel occupational therapist assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Carson City, NV. The role focuses on helping patients regain or improve daily skills, with emphasis on ADL training, restorative programs, adaptive equipment recommendations, and collaboration within interdisciplinary teams, including discharge planning. BLS certification may be required. Eligible candidates must possess an OT degree (BS/MS/PhD) and Nevada OT license to start; travel and license reimbursement benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Nevada Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred.
