Job Summary
Conduct evaluations, provide individual treatments, and lead group sessions for pediatric and behavioral health patients ages 4–18 in an inpatient rehab setting. Work within a multidisciplinary team to support patients with neurodevelopmental and psychiatric diagnoses while regaining daily skills. Maintain 5-day, 8-hour shifts from 0800–1600, with flexibility for Saturday coverage and holiday assignments. Access to comprehensive medical benefits, 401(k) matching, and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Massachusetts OT licensure
- AHA BLS certification
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in inpatient pediatric and/or behavioral health settings
- Experience with pediatric behavioral health and working with neurodevelopmental and/or psychiatric diagnoses (age group 4–18)
- Willingness to accept local candidates within a 50-mile radius as specified by the client
