Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Conduct hands-on, patient-centered care in a home health setting to help patients regain daily skills and improve functional independence. Develop and implement treatment plans addressing activities of daily living, adaptive equipment needs, and home safety while working with interdisciplinary teams. Manage a territory covering Milwaukee County with a productivity expectation of 30 points per week. This assignment requires an active Wisconsin OT license, 12 months of hospice or home health experience, and familiarity with the HCHB electronic medical record system. No on-call rotation is required for the 8-hour, Monday through Friday schedule.
