Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist in Peoria, IL for a skilled nursing facility, delivering restorative care and ADL training in a new clinical environment. Responsibilities include working with patients to regain or improve daily living skills, utilizing adaptive equipment, documenting in electronic health records, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and contributing to functional outcomes and discharge planning. Shift pattern is five 8-hour shifts per week (08:30-16:30). Qualifications include OT degree (Bachelors/Masters/Doctoral) and active Illinois OT license; BLS may be required.
