Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist opportunity in Grants Pass, OR. Provide home health OT services across Josephine County, conducting evaluations, establishing plans of care, delivering skilled therapy, documenting progress, and coordinating discharges to support patient independence and safety in patients' home environments. Typical schedule runs 08:00–16:00 with a 36-hour weekly guarantee. Travel between patient homes within the coverage area is required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Home health experience required.
- Ability to perform OT evaluations, subsequent visits, starts of care, recertifications, resumptions of care, and discharges.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between patient visits.
