Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist in Eufaula, AL providing home health OT evaluations, development and implementation of individualized plans of care, patient and caregiver education on functional goals, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. 40 hours per week, mileage reimbursement between visits, housing options may be available, and comprehensive traveler benefits including full medical and 401(k) options. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, documenting progress notes, and ensuring compliance with state practice laws and the established plan of care.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Alabama Occupational Therapy license
- Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or reliable public transportation
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Experience providing occupational therapy in home health or comparable outpatient/home-based settings preferred
