Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel contract in a skilled nursing facility. Provide OT services to help patients regain or improve daily living skills, including restorative care, ADL training, and cognitive or upper-extremity rehabilitation. Assignment involves traveling to Jacksonville, IL, with five 8-hour shifts weekly (08:30-16:30) and guaranteed 35 hours per week. Requires an OT degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) and an active Illinois OT license; BLS may be required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
