Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist to provide home health OT in Lancaster, OH, covering Fairfield, Perry, and Hocking counties. Primary duties include delivering OT care, documenting in EMR, performing Start of Care, evaluations, recertifications, and treatment visits in the home health setting. Must hold an Ohio OT license and an associate degree or higher (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degrees acceptable), have at least one year of home health OT experience, and be able to drive to patient locations with mileage reimbursement. Shift is Days, 0800–1600 (8:00-4:30 per scheduling), with a 40-hour weekly guarantee. Dress code is scrubs. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required prior to start
- Minimum one year of home health occupational therapy experience
- Experience with HCHB electronic documentation
- BLS certification may be required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Ability to perform Start of Care, evaluations, recertifications, and skilled treatment visits in the home health setting
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for patient visits
- Mileage reimbursement provided between visits from first patient to last patient
