Job Summary
Conduct outpatient and inpatient occupational therapy evaluations, progress reports, and discharge notes focused on upper extremity orthopedic and neuro cases for adult patients. Utilize standard therapy equipment, estim, ultrasound, and infrared within the Meditech documentation system. Maintain a schedule from 0800 to 1700, Tuesday through Saturday, with an active state license required to start the assignment in Okeechobee, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License
- OT degree for Florida
- Level 2 background screening
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
