Job Summary
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to support functional recovery, safe discharge planning, and quality-of-life improvements in a skilled nursing facility. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to restorative care initiatives. May float to nearby facilities as needed while on a travel contract; therapy focuses on helping patients regain daily living skills after injury, illness, or functional decline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Oregon OT license
- BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross may be required
- Experience in SNF/long-term care/post-acute settings preferred
- Documentation/EHR experience preferred
- Prior travel therapy or contract therapy experience preferred
- Experience with adaptive equipment, restorative nursing, and falls prevention preferred
