Job Summary
Conduct home health occupational therapy for patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to help them regain daily skills. Maintain an active state license and OASIS documentation while working 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shifts with no weekend or holiday coverage. Drive approximately 35-50 miles daily using your own vehicle with a clean record and proof of insurance. Complete an 8-hour non-billable orientation wearing olive green scrubs. This assignment places you in Owosso, Michigan, offering small-city convenience with access to regional attractions and easy highway access.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License
- 2+ years of current Occupational Therapist experience
- 2+ years of current home health experience
- OASIS experience
- Michigan license
- Active American Heart Association BLS
- Own vehicle
- Clean driving record
- Proof of auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
