Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide home-based occupational therapy across a regional service area, including comprehensive functional evaluations and development/implementation of OT plans of care. Document per CMS and agency policy, educate patients and caregivers, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team. Travel within the regional service area (including Stevens and Pend Oreille Counties); mileage reimbursement provided between visits. Schedule may include weekend rotations and observed holiday availability. May supervise OTAs and home health aides where permitted by state regulation. Assignment includes shift hours 08:00–16:00 (M–F) with flexible coverage based on patient needs. Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Washington State Occupational Therapy license
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required)
- Experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Home health experience not required but clinical OT experience expected
- Ability to travel within coverage area including Stevens and Pend Oreille Counties
- Ability to complete evaluations, develop OT plans of care, document per CMS guidelines, and communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
