Job Summary
Conduct occupational therapy services for geriatric and short-term rehab patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Deliver care to individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to help them regain or improve daily skills. Maintain documentation using NetHealth or PCC systems while working a Monday through Friday day shift. Requires an active California Occupational Therapy License, a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree, and BLS certification. Experience in geriatric care or skilled nursing is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active California Occupational Therapy License
Desired Qualifications

- Experience with NetHealth or PCC documentation systems
