Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist needed to provide skilled OT services in a skilled nursing facility in Washington, IL. Responsibilities include evaluations, implementing therapeutic interventions, supporting patient-centered care plans, collaborating with nursing and rehab staff to optimize functional outcomes and discharge planning. Shift hours are 08:30–16:30, five 8-hour shifts per week (guaranteed 35 hours). Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license is required
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
