Job Summary
Conduct occupational therapy services to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills in a suburban Glendale setting. Maintain a current Occupational Therapy license and Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, working shift hours from 0800-0500. This travel contract position offers full-time pay, 100% paid housing, and travel reimbursement for clinicians seeking flexibility and growth nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Current Occupational Therapy license from the state of practice
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required at time of hire and must be maintained for the duration of employment
- Shift hours: 0800-0500
