Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Deliver home health care across the Twin Cities territory (Roseville, Bloomington, Richfield, south Minneapolis, Fort Snelling) as a travel Occupational Therapist. Provide continuity of care through SOC visits and skilled in-home interventions; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered goals and improved functional outcomes; benefits include housing options and travel/license reimbursements; Minnesota OT license and BLS required; experience with home care processes and NetHealth Outpatient preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Home health experience required
- Experience with Home Care/Home Base and Start of Care (SOC) processes required
- Experience with NetHealth Outpatient is preferred but not required
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within a multi-site territory in urban and suburban community settings
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience preferred
