Job Summary
Deliver individualized care to patients in a skilled nursing facility, developing and implementing treatment plans while documenting progress per facility standards. Provide essential rehabilitative services to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain daily living skills through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Maintain an active Ohio Occupational Therapy license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited program. Work five 8-hour shifts from 08:30 to 16:30 with full medical benefits, 401(k) matching, and 100% paid housing available. Join a team supporting patient-centered outcomes in Holland, OH, near Toledo and state parks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC
