Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist needed to provide OT services in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Mexico, MO. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, documentation in EMR, promoting activities of daily living, discharge planning, and collaborating with the care team. Must have an Occupational Therapy degree and active MO license; BLS may be required. Availability for five days per week and prior SNF/long-term care experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license required
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred
- Documentation and electronic medical record experience preferred, including progress notes and treatment planning
