Job Summary
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility to help patients regain or improve daily living skills after injury, illness, or disability. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional recovery and quality of life. Maintain documentation standards in SNF electronic medical record systems and contribute to safe discharge and community reintegration. Role supports travel assignments in Derry, NH with benefits including housing options, paid travel, and ongoing recruiter support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification may be required by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
