Job Summary
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility to support patient recovery and functional independence. Use evidence-based interventions to address activities of daily living, adaptive equipment training, and patient and caregiver education. Contribute to interdisciplinary care planning and documentation to improve outcomes. This assignment includes a 30-hour guaranteed schedule with flexible shifts, starting as soon as possible. Candidates must hold an active California Occupational Therapist license and a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active California Occupational Therapist license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in skilled nursing or post-acute care settings
- Experience with rehab programs in skilled nursing facilities
- Familiarity with documentation systems used in post-acute care
- Previous travel therapy experience
