Job Summary
Provide skilled occupational therapy care to patients in skilled nursing settings. The role involves helping patients regain or improve daily skills after injury, illness, or disability, with a focus on patient-centered care. Requires OT degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral), active Oregon OT license, and BLS as applicable; prior travel therapy and experience with ADL training, adaptive equipment, and discharge planning are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
