Job Summary
Conduct occupational therapy services to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills. Maintain an active state license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited program. Complete required certifications including BLS, NBCOT, and tuberculosis testing, while ensuring Hepatitis and influenza vaccination records are current. Submit necessary documentation such as a driver's license, background check, drug test, and agency skills checklist.
