Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility as a travel contract OT. Responsibilities include helping patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills, managing caseloads typical of long-term care, and documenting in standard SNF systems. Requires OT degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) and an active Illinois OT license. Shift is 08:30–16:30, five 8-hour shifts per week. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification may be required
- Experience in skilled nursing facility preferred
- Caseload management in long-term care settings
- Familiarity with SNF documentation systems
