Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist needed to provide evidence-based OT in a skilled nursing facility in Westland, MI. Responsibilities include treatment planning, ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, documenting progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate safe discharge and quality of life improvements. Shift hours are 08:30–16:30, five 8-hour shifts per week. Requirements include OT degree (Bachelor/Master/Doctoral) from an accredited program, Michigan OT license, BLS certification may be required, and prior SNF/long-term care experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Michigan Occupational Therapy license

- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
- Current documentation of professional credentials and ability to complete facility onboarding requirements
