Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide in-home occupational therapy services to patients recovering from injury, illness, or disability, conducting patient-centered evaluations and developing individualized plans of care. Collaborate with clinical teams while overseeing OTAs, ensuring coverage across Franklin County and portions of Madison and Delaware Counties. Requires an active Ohio OT license, home health experience, and ability to travel between visits with mileage reimbursement. Evening shifts run from 2000-0400 with a 32-hour weekly guarantee and no on-call requirements. Full medical benefits, 401(k) matching, and recruiter support are available for this travel assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Home health experience
- Experience providing OT services in patients' homes
- Assessment skills
- Plan of care development skills
- Oversight of OTAs skills
- Ability to travel within assigned coverage areas
- Ability to travel between patient visits
