Job Summary
Provide client-centered occupational therapy services supporting independence, safety, and participation in daily activities for residents with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans, perform functional assessments, and document progress within an assisted living setting. Contribute to quality initiatives and resident-centered programming while maintaining a schedule of 36 guaranteed hours per week from 0800-1630, Monday through Friday. Float to nearby facilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Vermont Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment
Desired Qualifications
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience working in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric rehabilitation
- Documentation and electronic medical record experience
