Job Summary
Conduct skilled nursing and long-term care therapy services for an average caseload of 13 patients daily while maintaining an 88% productivity requirement. Deliver treatment to patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to help them regain or improve daily skills. Maintain an active state license and utilize Net Health and Point Click Care (PCC) systems. Work 5/8-hour days with weekends not required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License
- Experience in skilled nursing and LTC (Part B) for therapy services
- Experience using Net Health and Point Click Care (PCC)
