Job Summary
Conduct occupational therapy services in Skilled Nursing Facility settings to help patients regain daily skills. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage electronic medical records using Net Health, and float to a sister facility within walking distance as needed. Provide documentation and time management while working a flexible schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week, with rotations between Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday. Candidates must hold an active California Occupational Therapy license, with new graduates eligible for mentorship. This assignment offers 100% paid housing, weekly pay, and full medical benefits through Jackson Therapy Partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active California Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings
- Strong documentation skills and experience with electronic medical records
- Facility uses Net Health for documentation
