Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities in an inpatient hospital setting in Honolulu to help them regain daily skills. Maintain documentation standards and utilize common hospital equipment and electronic medical records. Cover weekend shifts across five 8-hour shifts for a full 40-hour workweek. Active Hawaii Occupational Therapy licensure and BLS certification are required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active Hawaii Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Willingness and ability to cover weekend shifts
- Availability to work a full 40-hour workweek across five 8-hour shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience in acute care or inpatient settings
- Experience with common hospital OT equipment
- Experience with electronic medical records
