Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist-Home Health role providing OT services to patients in a community/home setting. Perform functional assessments and home safety evaluations; implement interventions to promote independence and safety in daily living activities. Collaborate with home health nurses and clinicians, participate in interdisciplinary care plans, and document progress and outcomes per agency and payer requirements. Travel assignments offered with 100% paid housing, travel/license reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits; weekly pay and recruiter support.
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license
- Must have home health experience
- BLS Certification may be required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
