Job Summary
Conduct occupational therapy services for patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to help them regain or improve daily skills in a skilled nursing facility setting. Maintain 90% productivity while adhering to facility policies and procedures, wearing black scrubs and being present during scheduled hours. Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program with an active state license; BLS certification may be required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License
- Skilled nursing facility experience

- Productivity requirement: 90%
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
