Job Summary
Conduct occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting, focusing on helping patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills. Provide ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and discharge planning while accurately documenting progress in the facility's electronic medical record system. Maintain an active Mississippi Occupational Therapy license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited program. BLS certification is required, with experience in skilled nursing preferred. This travel contract assignment offers weekly pay, 100% paid housing, and full medical benefits. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active Mississippi Occupational Therapy license
