Job Summary
Conduct skilled nursing and LTC Part B therapy services for 12 to 14 daily patients as the sole occupational therapist in the facility. Deliver 5 to 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday while maintaining a 90% productivity requirement. Utilize Net Health and Point Click Care (PCC) EMR systems and wear navy blue scrubs. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License
- SNF/LTC experience
- Monday through Friday schedule
