Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide home health occupational therapy services in Jefferson City, MO, including initial evaluations, plans of care, reassessments, and routine visits across Moniteau, Morgan, Miller, Camden, Cole, and Boone counties. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document outcomes per agency standards, manage a multi-county caseload, and support patient independence and recovery. Work hours are 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. Mileage reimbursement provided between visits; full medical benefits, 401(k) matching, and travel/license reimbursement; 100% paid housing where applicable; recruiter support available. Travel between patient homes within the specified counties is required, with the role focused on travel-based home health OT services and ongoing documentation of patient outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Missouri OT license active to start
- BLS certification may be required
- experience in home health preferred
- experience with OASIS and HCHB preferred
- ability to perform SOC, initial evaluations, reassessments, and routine visits
- willingness to travel within assigned counties (Moniteau, Morgan, Miller, Camden, Cole, Boone)
