Job Summary
Travel-OT opportunity in Terre Haute, IN staffed by Jackson Therapy Partners. OT is needed for home health settings with shifts Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00, no on-call. Requires OT degree (BS/MS/PhD in OT) and active state license; BLS may be required. Experience with OASIS and HCHB in home health highly valued. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
